The faucet is well made and casainc stands by their products. Everyone comments on how nice the faucet is when they visit our home. We remodeled the kitchen recently Ave I’m so happy I spent the money on casainc. We had an issue with the handle and the company promptly replaced it.

I LOVE this faucet. I love the high arch design. It is great for filling pots, and very hand for washing things. It has the sprayer attachment, which is also very helpful. It's very eye-catching, and is one of the first things people notice when walking into the kitchen.
I had to replace my old gooseneck faucet as it constantly loosened at the base because it was always stiff to swivel but this one swivels very easily and I doubt the base will loosen up. The water flow is great too. I also don’t see water marks left on it at all. Love the additional spray setting, I’ve never seen that before. Height is also perfect.
